Shipping policy

Shipping will follow within 5-10 working days of purchase depending on the nature of the items, handmade made to order items like much of the jewellery take longer to process than non handmade ready to ship items. Where possible I will indicate on the item page and/or at checkout a more exact processing time and dispatch date.

Items are sent via a number of postal carriers (namely Deutsche Post and other national carriers, DPD, DHL or UPS), I always try to ensure the most economical and secure method of shipping and this can vary depending on the size and price point of the item/s purchased. 

All postal costs are non-profit, I charge what they cost me to ship plus a little extra to cover the costs of packaging. Where possible I use recycled packaging to reduce waste and keep costs to a minimum.

Transit times will vary by country and by delays or restrictions along the route. A general rule of thumb is 1-3 working days for domestic orders, 5-7 working days for inside EU, 5-10 working days for other European countries, 7-14 working days for North America, while Asia, South America and Australia typically can take up to 8 weeks. These transit times are also still subject to delays due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.
